Dr. Anthea Jeffrey is special research consultant to the South African Institute of Race Relations. She holds law degrees from the Universities of Witwatersrand and Cambridge and a doctorate in human rights law from the University of London. Having lectured in law for many years she has developed wide-ranging expertise as a consultant on political affairs.
